How to Register and buy your own Domain Name
Last week at the event of Blogworld Philippines 2010, some students asked some questions like how they can start their own blog?, how to register a domain name? and many more. I also received some emails which asking question “how can i make my own website for blogging???”.
If you want to start your own blog, then it is very important to consider having and register your own domain name like my own domain name (www.dilsonblog.com). Registering your own domain name is an important step that you must do if you want to start blogging.
Registering your domain name is very easy, all you have to do is visit some domain name registrar websites which you can buy and register your domain name. The two examples domain name registrar websites are the Dynadot.com and Godaddy.com
Step by step on How to Register your domain name
This is the actual screenshots of registering the domain name (www.vitaplusdaily.com)
1. Go to Dynadot.com and create your new account
2. Type the domain name that you like on the textbox and then click on the “Go” button. Note that maybe some of the domains you will register will not available or it is already taken, I recommend that the domain name you will register will be unique and having three (3) words domain name. Two (2) words domain name is okay but be sure, it is not already taken by others.
3. Choose what TLD (Top level domain) you like to register, whether a .com or a .net and click on Add to Cart button
4. Click on Checkout button
5. You can choose the year duration of your domain name, for now, I will choose only 1 year for only $9.75 and then click on Checkout button
6. Click on Continue button
7. You can choose what payment method do you like. You can pay using credit card, but for now, I will choose to pay using paypal method
8. Click on Continue button
9. Click on Submit my order button
After this, you will prompt into paypal, then just login into paypal and then click on the pay button.

wow kuya dilson i like this.. lagi ko tong nakakalimutan kasi.. nga pala ung mga blogs namin ay pinalitan ko ng password para mas madali ang access ko.. tinignan ko na rin ang mga links na matagal na.. kumusta na po.. ganda talaga ng blog na to.. very useful..

ayos ito sir. matagal ko na pinoproblema ito. pwede mo ba ako tulongan? wala ako paypal. wala din ako credit card.. Gusto ko sana matangal yung blogspot sa blog ko. thanks

hello eric, yes sure, pwede kita matulungan na matanggal or gawing .com yung blogspot blog mo. icontact mo lang ako at isend mo yung other details ng blog mo at kung anong plano mo para matulungan kita ilipat sa .com ^^
